Negative 25 and my overall interest in black & white photography stem from a monochrome self-portrait project in high-school and a singular roll of Kodak T-MAX 400. The film given to me under the premise of “I don’t know if it’s still good? Shoot it.”

 

In a world where everything is flashy and loud, the exploration of black & white has become a grounding, a medium that allows me to see and not just look at the world. I aim to showcase the overlooked and the everyday, from both subject and perspective, and to find the story behind the noise. Welcome to the journey.
